I was for a big family dinner on Sunday. everything was fantastic. the personal was great and eating was just amazing. large selection of menu choices, between us we have ordered many different things and everyone was full of praise for eating. was particularly impressive. the best I ever had. and desserts were delicious. I'm visiting a lot on earth, and that's the best I had. will soon return to the drop inn. View all feedback.

Have just endured the most disgusting meal and behaviour from a restaurant. My wife ordered noodles , got boiled rice , I ordered an extremely well cooked steak burger which came back raw , twice then my daughter found a hair in her desert. When this was brought to ' Brian ' the English manager he leant over our table being aggressive cause we made the complaint. Didnt believe us when we said about the hair insisted in seeing photos , didn 't believe when we mentioned one of his staff swearing then tried to tell me how to cook a burger all without keeping a social distance. Unreal and wouldnt visit this place if the food was free. Staff need taught basic waitering skills as well. Disgusting place and vile manager. Should be closed
Looked forward to Sunday Lunch with family member but extremely disappointed with the standard of food and service. Gravey thrown on food without asking if anybody had allergies. Not acceptable.
After getting main course which was delayed time and times again. Food served cold. Staff could not be bothered to check if we wanted afters and then took ages for them to arrive. Poor service, poor food.
We had lunch here on Easter Sunday. The food was really nice. Four of us had lunch different dishes, roast beef, pasta, and curry, all of which were really good. The staff were very attentive nice We will definitely go again
