Similar restaurant to many in Carrickfergus, too much food on the plate and not really pleasing to the eye. You can get this type of food anywhere in Carrickfergus, disappointed as all the reviews suggest something better. The Mayur Restaurant is still the best in the Carrick area. View all feedback.

We have been dining at this restaurant for many months and have yet to have a bad meal.The quality of the food is fantastic,at very reasonable prices,The staff are very friendly and helpful,you will not be disappointed.

I tried calling to make a reservation but couldn't reach anyone, so I left a message on WhatsApp and got a quick response from Steven. We visited on a Wednesday evening and the restaurant was busy with locals. Steven, who noticed we were not locals, greeted us warmly and showed us to our table. They had a special menu for Wednesdays so I can't comment on the regular offerings. The menu was somewhat limited but had a good variety. We ordered the fish and chips for our main course and it was delicious and fresh. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and Steven made us feel very welcome. The restaurant has a nice view overlooking the cricket ground, although we missed it as it was dark when we visited. I highly recommend this restaurant.
