This restaurant is a breath of fresh air! We immediately fell in love with the atmosphere. We were visiting Puerto Rico and were very impressed by the variety and selections. I have been to Fresh Mart Carolina for some time now. Over the past two years, the place has undergone changes in its food offerings and overall cafeteria setup. I must say, they have improved. They now offer a variety of dishes ranging from wraps and pasta to rice, beef, and various vegetables. The portion sizes are not large, but they are adequate.
