Taj Mahal Indian - Carol Stream

Four of us ordered five dishes. Each dish smelled exactly as described on the menu. Normally, we check the portion size for all dishes. The lamb biriyani was moist, packed with flavors, and incredibly delicious. A young and ambitious entrepreneur manages the restaurant.

Wow! This place is definitely in my top 5 for Indian food in the USA. I was blown away by how delicious the food was!! The service was fantastic too. It started off a bit slow, but we arrived at 5:00 when they opened. I've been to Indian restaurants in 48 states and tried Indian food in many places, but Taj Mahal has definitely made it to my top 5. Despite some negative reviews, I highly recommend checking this place out. We had an amazing experience and had many people recommend it to us. I'm so glad we tried it and can't wait to go back!! Thank you for the delicious food and great service.

Love ordering at the restaurant as well as takeout (picture was from my own home from take out). Currently sick at home with COVID and I couldn?t be more happy to receive this. Delicious!

Great Indian food. Samosas delish. Entrées come ala cart or thali (rice, naan, and 4 little sides, it?s enough for two). Not too hot, but there?s a yogurt in the thali which will cool. Good service

Every time I order any curry from this place, its so fresh and very tasty. Loved the kadhai saag and kadhai mushrooms. Just amazing. The place was very consistent with the quality of the dishes.
