I had a confirmed booking which I showed I had a confirmation. Left very unhappy. Will never go again. Tried to speak to someone later on phone. I left 2 messages but ignored. What a way to run a business!!. One really angry person.

However, on this occasion, the menu was limited and the bar staff forgot to bring our drinks order.

Our experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. We waited 45 minutes for a starter that should have taken 15 minutes. The staff repeatedly lied to us... read more Our experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. We waited 45 minutes for a starter that should have taken 15 minutes. The staff repeatedly lied to us about when our food would be served and even changed their minds about the availability of certain items. When we questioned the manager about this, we were called liars. Many other customers also left due to poor service and long wait times, despite the restaurant being half empty at 12:30 pm. One elderly lady had to wait 10 minutes just to get a menu, and was told to get one herself by a member of staff. The young staff seemed overwhelmed by the pressure from the single, older manager in the kitchen, leading to a disgraceful experience. We will be warning as many people as possible to avoid this place, thanks to the rude manager. Do not visit this restaurant.
