Just had a long weekend.Good Hotel and Location.Room was not cleaned or checked.Had to go and ask for milk and tea bags and ask for the bins bags. Rooms: 5 Service: 3 Location: 5
Can't rate this place highly enough. We stayed overnight in their car park with our MoHo whilst en route to Scotland. The hospitality we received was second to none. Each and every member of staff were really friendly. We had drinks in the beautiful pub area and ate in the restaurant. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. A beautiful area and good location Service: 5 Location: 5
We got 2 starters and 2 mains with a portion of onion rings. Although menu might be viewed as a bit restrictive what we ate was extremely tasty and enjoyable. Will definitely return. For information they add 10% on as service charge, it is stated at bottom of menu but it may be missed by some. We were happy to pay it as service was quick and unobtrusive.
Excellent service but the much reduced menu was disappointing. Kids menu even reduced to almost nothing and very little choice other than general Sunday lunch. Dessert menu equally poor, no cheese etc, just cakes. Not sure if the menu during the week is bigger but probably won’t go back on a Sunday as not a lot of choice at all.
