The service is quick, and the staff is consistently friendly.

I visited this Dunkin' to order food and coffee, but the cashier informed me that she couldn't take my order due to the busy drive-thru and that walk-in custome... read more I visited this Dunkin' to order food and coffee, but the cashier informed me that she couldn't take my order due to the busy drive-thru and that walk-in customers weren't a priority. After stepping outside, I saw that there was only one car in the drive-thru. I don't plan on going back there.

It feels like they would rather lounge around than attend to customers. Overall, the coffee experience is disappointing and unsatisfactory.
