To avoid th... read more We placed our order using their app and went inside to pick it up, but there was no designated mobile pickup area, and the line was incredibly long. To avoid the wait, we decided to use the drive-thru instead. However, the staff treated me as if I were incompetent. They looked at me and said, “There wasn’t an order; we’re not trained on the app, and we don’t have your order.” There was no assistance or resolution offered; they just stared at me as if I had three heads. It took us two hours to sort everything out. This was particularly frustrating since we were traveling with a camper and an infant. I wouldn’t return here because of the poor experience.

The alarm on... read more There's clearly a problem with the soda dispenser's refrigerant system. The soda came out flat and water has to be cold to be properly carbonated. The alarm on the unit was also going off. A patron asked if it could be turned off and the person working the counter answered with a curt no. Another patron came along and turned it off. The ketchup dispensers were empty. I had to wait in line to get ketchup and the dipping sauce for my nuggets. It was a long wait because there was only one person working the counter and they were quite slow, unenthusiastic and not quite rude. My food got cold in the meantime. Wendy's are common. Pick a different one. Kid-friendliness: The high chairs were reletively clean and there are changing tables in the bathroom of the adjoining gas station.
