The dishes are very tasty and certainly not “light” but are well balanced and the basic ingredients used in the best possible way. The food is very fresh and the portions are abundant. So, if you are vegans or greetings don't go to Trattoria The Castle, because from them you really “eat” and not pretend! The wine “of the house” (or bulky), white or red, is good. In case you want to, instead, climb level, then I suggest you buy a bottle any from their wine list, because you will certainly not miss the choice. At the Trattoria Il Castello il Menù at a fixed price costs 12,50 Euro and includes: first second contour 1⁄2 water 1⁄2 wine (yes half liter ... I really like the thing). If you want, you can replace the contour with the dessert. In the evening, you will find the same fixed price menu, with a cost of only 18.50 Euro. The quantity and quality of food is the same.
