I had the Charolais Faux Filet while my wife had the Aberdeen Angus. Both were cooked to our precise requirements and were absolutely delicious. They were accompanied by well-chosen cooked vegetables which were very tasty and not smothered in cheap salad like some other restaurants.The wine list is very good, we had an excellent well-known Burgundy. The Cafe Gourmand was very good. The staff were very friendly, the waitress was very pleasant.A memorable night out !!

The theme running through the resta... read more We were staying locally in Carnac , and wandered into this place . Early Monday evening , we were the only diners in there . The theme running through the restaurant is music and entertainment . We ate outside , sharing our space was a great plastic model of a horse wearing a sun hat .......I had a burger with salad and my partner had the pork dish , both very good . We then we shared a chocolate desert . All the portions were good sizes , and the service was quick and efficient . Reasonably priced food and wine list .....
