We need to comment after meeting Alessandro and his employees in La Cantina. Not only was his restaurant our first Italian restaurant on the second day, it became our place. We returned three times with friends and recommended it to everyone we came into contact with. Excellent, tasty, attractive, especially all the superlatives we have to throw on it. We need to comment after meeting Alessandro and his employees in La Cantina. Not only was his restaurant our first Italian restaurant on the second day, it became our place. We returned three times with friends and recommended it to everyone we came into contact with. Excellent, tasty, attractive, especially all the superlatives we have to throw on it. We are already tempting back to the Chianti region and will meet La Cantina for a reunion lunch or dinner and Alessandro and his wonderful mother/cook that produces exceptionally beautiful meals each time for each individual person. A granddaughter ordered spaghetti Arrabiata four different times, she was so enthusiastic about it.
