Subway - Carmichael
Subway
Description
At this Subway on Fair Oaks Boulevard, visitors can expect friendly customer service, but there are notable drawbacks. The franchise does not accept coupons, leading some to question the owner’s commitment to providing value. Additionally, inconsistent hours have left customers confused, with reports of early closures. While health-conscious diners may seek options like a turkey sub, complaints about portion sizes and food quality persist. Hygiene practices have also raised concerns, as staff members have been seen using their phones while handling food. In a competitive market, this Subway faces challenges that may deter repeat visits.

This is the second time in a row I ordered tuna 6INCHSUB asked for toasted but it was not toasted. Good store however services of their employees aren’t great. Employees seem not happy. They must follow the directions from orders. Not coming back again.
This young lady..WHILE MAKING SANDWICHES picked up her phone and put it in her back pocket and proceeded to continue making someone's sandwiches with the same gloves. WITH THE SAME GLOVES SHE TOUCHED HER NASTY PHONE WITH Umm ma'am we are in a pandemic and even if we weren't that was NASTY. I had to ask her to put new gloves on and she got upset and got a real nasty attitude. Her attitude seemed to match her attention to cleanliness.
That is probably the best subway in the metro. they do not jump on the beats and take that their money is worth. they really do on the other in double meat. that's my way to the subway
I arrived at 6:35 PM on a day they claimed to close at 7 PM, but they were already closed. I went back on a Saturday around 6:20 PM, and again, they were closed. I'm really confused about their actual hours. When are they really open?
