When I tapped, it une... read more I'm still frustrated about my experience a few weeks ago. I used the tap-to-pay feature on my card, which only showed the symbol for that. When I tapped, it unexpectedly added a $3.50 tip to my bill. I pointed this out to the staff, but they just shrugged it off. I didn't return until yesterday, but when I did, the location was closed with no signage to explain why. It was 6 PM, and their posted hours indicated they should have been open. So, I had to go to a different Subway.
