Best Chinese cuisine in All of Sacramento. I tried many other places and compared nothing to New Rice Bowl. The film wrap chicken and fried rice is amazing. I was so excited to try this place. Drove 15 minutes and she literally out of the open shield when I went in the door. I came at 9:30 a.m. on a Saturday night and they advertise that they take orders until 9:45.
