The dining experience was fantastic! The picturesque view and impeccable service truly stood out. One of the highlights was Arnel, an exceptional server. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and delightful to converse with. Arnel provided valuable insights on the menu and the local area, making him the best server I've ever encountered in a restaurant. We look forward to returning to Covey Grill and specifically re... The special Christmas Eve menu was amazing. We had the prime rib and the duck breast, both which were outstanding. The sides on the plate were delicious, as well. And I've never had a better mud pie! All in all, it was a very special evening.
Harris Ranch filet mignon with au poivre sauce, sautéed gourmet mushrooms and Brussels with goat cheese and balsamic Very pleasing. Quail burger, delicious with pomme frits. Attentive staff and nice ambience. Buon Appetito!
Covey Grill boasts Harris Ranch beef and pork entrees. The best filet ever! Sides of Brussel sprouts and sauté mushrooms completed the dish. I had the Shrimp Fiorentini the description did not reflect that it was a pasta dish with cellentani. The bolognese pasta always a winner. Ambience and staff never disappoints.
Recently attended a meeting using their private room and it was excellent.
It was a Sunday night at Edgar's (Covey is closed on Sunday's so they refer you to their on-property golf course restaurant). The Sunday menu is quite a bit smaller than their regular menu. So, with limited choices we ordered a burger (it was good) and fried chicken (it was also good). We are members of the club so we try to frequent the two on-property restaurants. Usually the service is much slower, but last night it was quite fast. Also, they did not have a cabernet sauvignon on the menu by the glass (again, they usually do on their full menu), so we ended up ordering a bottle.
