This restaurant simply does not care about service. Ordered 3 meals from Doordash. Every meal was spilled in the bag bc they did not package the food properly. Did not send any rice. Called the restaurant and the person said, “Yeah, we’re out of rice. “ They had no problem charging me $52 still! He told me to take it up with Door Dash. We moved away about 6 years ago and was dying to get back and get some Drunkin Chicken. We had my in-laws join us after I talked it up for 48 hours. My wife and I got our order super fast and the food was delicious! My in-laws ordered right after us but it was taking awhile to get their meal. After about 20 minutes passed, my wife asked the counter if they had an order for Mike. They said they missed it! In less than a few minutes my in-laws had their food and a full refund! They loved the food and couldn't belive the refund. I went up after to order food for later. I got my to go order free of charge! The service is phenomenal and the food is the best around hands down! If you're in Carmel, or anywhere else around a Yats location, you MUST make time to stop. You will not regret it!
Like the place. Have to get there at lunchtime to get the jambalaya. Usually out by dinnertime. Good food. Parking: It okay! Just park in the back lot and come in thier back door. Kid-friendliness: The employee at the register was very patient with the children ordering. Very polite and friendly.
Great place for a good meal. Prices are amazing for the quality and quantity of a meal here. It's definitely worth going a couple times a week.
