The Stacked Pickle-West Carmel

We had a great time in the restaurant and enjoy their dinner. it is too bad that there is a door in the dining room that leads directly to the terrace that smokes often and leaves a bit cold air in.

This restaurant is a great spot to catch the game and enjoy some delicious bar food. The food tasted fresh and was clearly not frozen. The cheese curds and southwest rolls are fantastic appetizers. I ordered the Big Pickle burger and it was delicious. The only downside was the presence of a lot of flies, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

Stopped into to this Stacked Pickle location as it was on our way home the Colts are playing. I got my favorite Fish Tacos and they were good as usual.

It seems I don't have good things to say about this establishment. I've been to a couple of them and the service has always been bad. We decided to sit outside because there was a big kids party inside. Our server was not very attentive or helpful. It was hot outside never did we get a refill on our drinks. We ordered the appetizer platter. Never did we receive any plates so I went in the restaurant and got some from another server. I could see our server in the kitchen chatting it up. Never did she check to see if we needed anything or was our meal ok because we would have told her NO! The wings were not fully cooked. I could have made an exception (maybe) with the service if our server was helping with the large loud party but we didn't notice her as one of the servers. My money is hard to come by to continue to have bad service.

Out of the two Stacked Pickles this is by far our favorite. The service is always great even when it's busy on football Sundays. They have a large out door area, perfect when the weather is lovely and if you have your furry family member(s) with you. I'm always on the hunt for good **** Marys and the bartenders make it a-ok here. Everyday they have a different drink special and Sundays it's $4 Blood Marys. I'd also recommend the Moscow Mule and Mexican Mule. Honestly the real reason we've been coming here at least twice a month is because of the fried pickles. Don't get me wrong, I haven't been disappointed by any thing I've had here. The Royal burger, Californian burger , Korean BBQ rice bowl and Buffalo Chicken wrap are all super tasty and satisfying. The Stacked Pickle is definitely one of my favorite cheat day joints!
