The Stacked Pickle-Carmel

It was evident that the kitchen was unable to handle preparing food for 30 people and all other tables at the same time. We witnessed a manager getting into a heated argument with another group nearby, which we found unprofessional. It's important for managers to remain composed and handle situations calmly. Although the staff was not adequately prepared, our waitress was apologetic and did her best to assist us. It was the first day of college and there was a large football tournament at Grand Park, which may have contributed to the chaos. We hope that the restaurant can learn from this experience and improve their operations in the future. The menu looked promising, but the wait and kitchen staff seemed overwhelmed.

The restaurant was very accommodating for our last-minute group of 12. The food was excellent, especially the fried pickles. The fried pickle burger was also delicious.

I was able to reserve a table for a group of 12 to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant has lovely entertainment at times and plenty of TVs to watch games. They offer delicious bar food and specialty drinks.

Food: I had drunken chicken and spinach with mushroom etouffee. They serve half half entree with rice and garlic bread. I loved the taste. They have wide variety of hot sauce to keep you charged up from all the organ of your body. I tried two hot sauce and it was hot!!!! Service: Gentlemen explained and quick response. Atmosphere: It is nice comfortable seating arrangement to be with your loved ones, friends and family. I must say they have variety of antiques/interior. It was great to see those details. Conclusion: Must go place to eat and enjoy!!This place is worth for the money we spend.

We had ordered pick up and it was my first time trying. Wasn’t sure if i was gonna like it but it was sooo much better than i thought. The bread was THE BEST! Idk what they put on it but i would buy just that alone! I got the drunken chicken and chicken maque choux (first picture) and its was amazingggg my man got the crawfish etouttee and red beans w/ sausage, wasn’t stuff i normally like but it was pretty good too. And the prices was only like $23 just for food, which is a great nowadays !
