Kolache Factory - Carmel

Been going here for months, twice a week. I loved it so much. As an European, I love easy hand foods, and they have such delicious flavor combos!However, the service usually doesn't feel inviting. And the food has been incredibly inconsistent. Both in temperature after warming it up for you, and the stuffing itself. It's been so inconsistent that my favorite item becomes my least favorite on the bad days.I figured I would mentioned something about it today. Before I could even say/order anything, I already got a cranky look twice from the guy. And instead of recognizing the problem, all he (the manager) had to say was that it's always been the same, the recipe never changed. D'oh, I already figured the recipe wasn't the problem. Try it out, on a good day it might become your favorite food! On a bad day you'll probably not come back. 3/5 because I think the idea is great and the flavor combos are nice! Just some better supervising would be appreciated.

Always the perfect option when we are headed to the lake or polo or any event where we don't need utensils.

I had been to this place many times because I really like Kolache and only just at this location.But this place, Customer service Suck!

Food is good, service has been horrible since day 1, and as a vegetarian I dislike they don’t label items in the box better. When I ask if they could box items separately by the type I’m always told no. Place is good but if you get this for a party or shareable item, know the inside will be a guessing game. I’ve always had bad service (but good food) in fairness I always get the same employees (slim bald guy)
