Contribute Feedback What William doesn't like about Kincaid's:
My wife and I visited because we received a gift card. The decorations and furnishings were elegant and clean. I was surprised at how expensive everything on the menu was, but hoped for an excellent dining experience. As we talked before dinner I became aware at how noisy the place was. My salad arrived but was clearly not fresh (brown and rotted edges). It was removed from my check without issue. The recommended win... View all feedback.
As we chatted before our meal, I noticed that the noise level in the restaurant was quite high. When my salad arrived, I was disappointed to see that it wasn’t fresh, with brown, wilted edges. Fortunately, the staff promptly removed it from the bill without any hassle. The wine suggested on the menu didn't pair well with the prime rib either. The onion soup was decent, and while the prime rib was acceptable, it was slightly undercooked for my medium preference. After a brief conversation at the front desk, they offered me another gift card, but I decided to decline as I don’t intend to return. There are plenty of other fine dining options in the area, and I would prefer to revisit those instead of Kincaid's.
Our server, Laura, was outstanding and definitely the highlight of our visit. I ordered a perfect Manhattan, served up with a twist, but it arrived with a cherry instead of the twist. The Maytag salad was quite enjoyable. However, the rib-eye steak was cooked rare instead of medium-rare and was tough with a lot of connective tissue. The asparagus was yellow and lacked flavor. The oysters Rockefeller and the onion soup were acceptable, but nothing special. Overall, I would rate the experience a 3 out of 5. Feel free to share this feedback with management.
