Excellent customer service! I ordered catering online for my daughter's celebration and accidentally entered the wrong date. When I called the store, they quickly corrected the mistake and even accommodated my request for all condiments and toppings to be on the side. My order was ready for pickup and came in convenient containers, just as I had asked. Great job, Jimmy John's Clay Terrace!
I had an issue where my order was left at the wrong door. I stopped by the restaurant, and the staff promptly resolved the mix-up without any complaints, and in no time at all. They even gave me a bag of chips to take home, which was a nice touch. The place itself was also very clean and well-maintained.
