Carmel Valley Coffee Roasting

The coffee here is fantastic—strong and not overly acidic, and the barista really knows their craft. It's the best coffee we've had in Carmel. However, the food and chai tea latte were disappointing. I mainly came for the coffee, and since there are plenty of other diners and breakfast places nearby, that’s okay. Just be aware that the line often stretches outside, which is a testament to how great the coffee is. Food rating: 1/5.

Whenever we head to the Monterey Bay, we make it a point to head straight to Carmel to grab a couple of bags of beans from this place. Our favorite is the Coconut blend, and the staff is always friendly and cheerful. We’ve stocked up well and can’t wait for our next visit. Service: 5/5

Delicious fragrant cappuccino, nice atmosphere, fast service, comfortable seating and street view, there are tables outside, wi-fi . I recommend!Kid-friendliness: a wide variety of delicious looking pastries ??

The coffee smells really good from out in the street. But the actual capacinno itself is a little weak.

It’s very poorly made latte and chai latter. They had to redo it again because the fist time there were no foam at all on my latter and barely tasted any coffe and the second time foam appeared but still no coffe taste. Maybe they roast the coffe but it does not mean the quality is better. Even Starbucks coffe would be better. Chai latte also had no flavor.
