Apricot Sun - Carmel

We recently hired Apricot Sun for an event, and everything went remarkably well according to the participants. The owners are very friendly and truly passionate about what they do. It was a pleasure working with them, and I look forward to having them again soon.

The owners, Marlen and Robert, are incredibly kind, hardworking, and intelligent. They often set up at the Broad Ripple Farmers Market, so you can stop by and say hello if you’d like. Marlen, who hails from Jordan, brings her family recipes to the U.S., modernizing them with a focus on health. My favorite frozen meal is the aubergine with beef, and the turkey meatballs look amazing too. I placed my order on a Monday and had it hand-delivered by the owner on Friday—great service! The hummus is delicious, and I've already used the zaatar to enhance my meatballs and elevate my hummus and naan snack. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever tried, and I love experimenting with new combinations!

Marlen und robert created a beautiful appetizer for our event! incredibly fresh ingredients and mouthwater taste! mana’eesh, türkei meatballs and the creamiest and delish hummus! highly recommended!

Picked up some of their vegan frozen soups at the Carmel Farmer's Market and they are so full of flavor and surprisingly filling. Excited to try more!
