read moreA visit to the Selwyn Samuel Centre restaurant revealed mixed reviews. While some found the food overpriced and disappointing, others praised the value for money and local sourcing. The atmosphere was commended, with mention of spacious seating for events and friendly staff. Complaints included slow service, cold food, and lack of music variety. Despite these drawbacks, the restaurant seems popular for events, parties, and concerts. The Welsh cakes and local ales were highlighted as a positive aspect of the dining experience. Overall, the venue may be worth visiting for specific occasions, but is not recommended for a regular meal out.
