Festive menu is absolutely amazing. Huge portions for such a great price. Tried the yorkshire pudding wrap and festive chips. Homemade Yorkshire pudding was stuffed with a side of roast potatoes and a jug of gravy. Huge bowl of festive chips loaded with turkey, stuffing, pigs in blankets and gravy. Lovely atmosphere, freezing cold outside but lovely and toasty inside the restaurant.

Local regulars often single out the kitchen team's knack for turning simple, seasonal vegetables into standout sides; several reports link the pub to local suppliers, so seasonal and locally sourced veg frequently appear on the carvery and specials board — ask the team for what’s freshest that day.
