Invita Cafe - Carlsbad

Invita is my go-to spot. The incredible, inviting atmosphere and authentic, bold espresso make it a 10/10 in my book.

Just a heads up for guests to be aware, the owner of this restaurant in San Diego is known for being against Voxxer, even making a video on their Instagram page, invitahq, about not following any rules. The person who appeared in the video with her came over to me right after to mention how good the coffee is. Thanks, Michael! Feel free to check out his podcast on improving politics and culture for more information. Personally, I prefer my coffee without any political influences, but to each their own.

I was waiting for a cup of tea. Ten minutes after placing the order, the barista had not even put the tea bag in hot water. I didn't even get to drink the tea because my train arrived before she could fulfill the task.

Ordered a masala chai latte. Got a cold beverage with no milk. Clearly, I need to adjust my expectations ?

This was my first time here. I set up a Google search for coffee in my area I'm currently dog sitting) . It was amazing! As I was driving away, I wished I had gotten a larger size. I got their version on a Sweet Cream Cold Brew. Delicious taste. Smooth and creamy. The Espresso to used was delightful. I will definitely go back again when I'm in the area.
