Froglanders - Carlsbad

Never tried vegan crepes before, so I was excited to give them a shot. The crepes were delicious and did not disappoint. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back to try more of their vegan options.

Froglander's Crepes & Yogurt is a charming local shop with two locations: one in La Jolla on Pearl St and the other in Carlsbad on State St. Shah, the owner, was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made us some truly delicious crepes!

The delicious vegan crepe is excellent! If you're not a fan of it, you can try it with a substitute like Daiya cheese, but I personally love it just the way it is!

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, but when I saw they had vegan crepes on the menu, I knew I had to give them a try! I ordered the Amazing strawberry banana crepe with vegan Nutella, and it was truly delicious. I was so hungry that I almost ordered a second one, but one was actually enough to satisfy my appetite. The Nutella was very decadent and they spread it both on the inside and outside of the crepe. I think next time I'll ask for the Nutella to be on either the inside or outside, but not both, as it was quite rich and made me very thirsty. Overall, a great choice for #Veganuary!
