I had the worst experience ever!!! The place should not be called a Mexican restaurant. They served my family pace picante sauce with chips. The waiter was super nice though. We asked for fajita plate for two. We got charged for tortillas both corn and flour. Order comes only with two tortillas. I asked for different salsa so they brought me enchilada sauce. ????? Came for late lunch, early dinner. Eating was on point and plentiful. All that was recommended was great. Drinks were refreshing and delicious!
Lucy's nachos NEVER disappoint.... affordable and also a lot for your money. I love the atmosphere and the way it is decorated. 130pm is the best time to go to miss the crowd.
Salsa tasted like ketchup. Enchilada plate was terrible, no taste at all. I've lived my whole life in NM and that's not authentic. Can be done, but definitely not homemade.
Food and drinks are fantastic. We refuse to go somewhere else in town! If someone is looking for a recommendation, we'll send it!
Great place to eat. Fantastic Mexican cuisine. Drinks are fantastic. For reasons Lucy is honoured as Carlsbad Caveman. She feeds the community. Yummy
