Shapla’s food is excellent, freshly prepared and expertly served. One of Carlow’s oldest and best restaurants always worth a visit (my only treat through COVID View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Shapla Indian:
Worst Indian food ever. The curry tasted like spicy industrialized ketchup. The naan bread was dry and stale and the meat was old and chewy. I love Indian food but his went straight in the bin. Never never again View all feedback.
Very nice, good flavor if they like this kind of taste.

I have tried all Indian restaurants in the city and shapla is by far the best. you tikka masala is perhaps the best I ever tasted and I also recommend the rogan josh. also all you eat buffet of a Sunday is a great worth on 12 euro per person.
