If you come to carloforte you can not avoid this stage. we stayed at dinner while at the same time there were celebrations of a baptism, so the staff was very busy following everything and our waiting times were sometimes a bit excessive but their kindness and sympathy have compensated for this difficulty of managing the room. all very kind and great food!
Is a nice place, well maintained and pleasant with an interesting card to read. The beginning was crackling: menus, advice, orders and first. Very well. the cuscus was very delicate, not unforgettable but can be a choice.
