However, the question is whether the price is justified for each dish and the portion size of the main course (small). The dessert was also delicious. Unfortunately, for the price, it lacked that certain something.

The view is of the harbor, with boats and the sea, and the decor is elegant and refined. I tried a raw fish appetizer accompanied by their sparkling wine, and it was a perfect pairing. The tuna tasted of the sea, and the scampi was sweet and savory at the same time. I would definitely return to try the first courses, which, I've heard from the people at the table next to me, are an explosion of flavor.

An intimate birthday dinner, delighted by the exquisite cuisine of the Da Nicolo restaurant and pampered by the young, kind, and welcoming staff. A selection of excellent raw fish, and an unmissable appetizer at Nicolo 's, to sample the ever-present Carloforte tuna in various preparations. For our first course, we chose to share the linguine alla Nicolo, kindly pre-portioned and elegantly plated for us. A traditional dish of the restaurant, and always a favorite. For our second course, a tuna flower, exceptional. For dessert, we relied on the advice of Antonello and his team: bottarga cheesecake! We were happy to have followed their advice; it was a delicious surprise. Our second dessert was the millefeuille with white chocolate mousse, also delicate, unique, and delicious. I should add that the cheesecake was brought to me complete with a candle and a chorus of Happy Birthday to you. A very kind and welcoming gesture, which I greatly appreciated. In short: simply highly recommended!

It 's a beautiful place to enjoy traditional dishes, beautifully reinterpreted, featuring tuna. I had a mix of out of this world appetizers, while my husband had a menu that culminated with a tuna steak that melted in his mouth. Kudos to the kitchen and the excellent waiter, who explained each dish to us, highlighting the tastes and flavors before we even ate them. Excellent wine selection, too. We 'll definitely be back.
