The restaurant is small but very clean and tidy. The service and food were excellent and the prices were reasonable. I would certainly recommend this restaurant ideally situated in the city centre and close to a number of bars and the railway station. It is a good idea to book in advance as space is a premium. We had our table booked for over a week with friends we hadn’t seen for along time. On arrival we gave our name and were told our table was upstairs. When arriving to our table we were in a room with a children’s party of around 20 kids. We could not hear ourselves speak. We asked the waitress to be moved but she said there was no room. Mezzaluna Restaurant and Bar is located near the centre of Carlisle and they offer an authentic Italian experience.
Located right near the train station on the Crescent Mezzaluna is great love their lunchtime menu for it's price and quality.
