I have to admit that I'm quick to voice my complaints when the service doesn't meet my expectations. However, this time I feel compelled to give a huge shout-out to Steers Carletonville. Last night, after I left the restaurant, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. The owner happened to be outside and overheard me. Terrible staff, unhelpful manager, rude cashiers. Tired kitchen staff. Cashiers seem to be blind because they cannot see you, so they don't help you .Worst fastfoood place I have ever been to. The restaurant was bustling with energy, but I received my order promptly and with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Pathetic service...its faster to wait for your funeral. Absolutely useless and dont care if they're taking time with your order. I would've given less than a star if possible.
Placed order at fish aways...meal for 2 for R99 which included coleslaw and creamy lemon sauce extra for R10....the teaspoon of slaw (picture as proof)was put ontop of my rice and the creamy lemon sauce was something between cottage cheese and rubber....
We visit this restaurant almost every month and typically don't encounter any problems, although the food does take some time to be prepared.
