We ordered takeout from the restaurant and requested a full mild chicken that was cut into 8 pieces. Unfortunately, when we got home and opened the takeout, we discovered that we were given a whole uncut chicken that was hot instead of mild like we had ordered.
Didn't have stock of menu item, so manager failure... but staff kindly contacted me for replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was poor overcooked chips, might be from yesterday...
Terrible staff, unhelpful manager, rude cashiers. Tired kitchen staff. Cashiers seem to be blind because they cannot see you, so they don't help you .Worst fastfoood place I have ever been to. Food was disgusting too and didn't even get my whole order. Disgusting place and have no respect for their customers . All the staff have the same attitude, which is stuff you and I will attend to you when it suits me.Horrible place
We visit this restaurant almost every month and typically don't encounter any problems, although the food does take some time to be prepared.
