Steers - Carletonville

Whenever my husband craves delicious burgers, Steers is his favorite spot to go for a meal.

We visit this restaurant almost every month and typically don't encounter any problems, although the food does take some time to be prepared.

The music in the restaurant is extremely loud, making it necessary to shout just to place an order. The chips were very disappointing. If I want a burger again, I'll go to Spur. Sorry!

I have to admit that I'm quick to voice my complaints when the service doesn't meet my expectations. However, this time I feel compelled to give a huge shout-out to Steers Carletonville. Last night, after I left the restaurant, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. The owner happened to be outside and overheard me. He immediately offered to check the security cameras and helped me search my car and the restaurant. He was incredibly helpful. We ended up finding my wallet on the back of my bakkie, where I had dropped it. Thank you so much for your assistance!

The food is excellent and they offer delivery services. However, the telephone service could use some improvement.
