Mcdonald's Carletonville Drive-thru

Took an hour to order in the line and kfc was twice as fast at the same time bad really bad

The staff is very friendly and played along when we made a joke. They are very helpful and also informed us of specials available on the app.

For the first time I decided to sit in at Carletonville McDonald's restaurant. It was a nightmare. It was so dirty. The tables were dirty and unkept. Our food was served in takeaway packaging as there were no clean trays. There was food on the floor. Outside tables were also very untidy.

Terrible service. Drive thru is a nightmare. When I asked the staff as I have been experiencing this many time. Apparently, they are understaffed.

Bought 2 large milkshakes,waited for a very long time,then was informed the milkshake machine was broken,then i had to wait a long time for a refund even though we were just 2 customers in the restaurant.the manager was to occupied with her phone and when she did something she walked on her time like she wasnt in the mood to help anybody.never will i support them again
