Hale And Hearty - Feedback

What Jackie C doesn't like about Hale And Hearty:
I ordered my soup online. The local shop is very close to my house. I opened the top of the lid and saw black bean mud rather than black bean soup. I realize it is supposed to be thick but this just looks like mud. Nothing soupy about it. I just wanted something warm and comforting on a dreary day. I am disappointed. Always loved the steamy flavor packed soups this place had to offer when I worked in NYC. So overjoyed to have found one near my new employment location with even more options during the day. The location is large and kept clean. The varieties in the soup, salad and sandwiches are vast.
