My sister and I recently took our elderly mother to Zen for a stylish haircut and blow dry. Rowan was her stylist, and he was fantastic. He was incredibly friendly and made our mom feel comfortable. I visited today to purchase the NINE CLOUD THE WIDE IRON THE AIRSHOT STYLING SET for my partner. It was a breeze working with the Zen team; I can't recommend them highly enough. As for the owner, I can only say they are perfect! Thank you for the little bonus gift. Bravo for maintaining such a friendly atmosphere. Forever on the hunt for a curly hair expert. When I called and specified curly they recommended one of two stylists and booked an appointment specifically. I have had salons promise a curly hair expert only to be disappointed for three months until the bad cut had grown out somewhat. How do you know a great curly cut? It looks great straight out of the salon without blow drying or tweaking. It behaves the way you expected from its first wash and as the curls grow out it maintains shape and curl structure and doesn't turn into a wild frizzy mess. Very happy months later and hoping other curly heads find them just as efficient.
Thank you so much, Rowen, for giving my newborn Haadi his first haircut this morning, and a big thank you to Cherry for helping us collect his first locks of hair. You both are amazing!
