Mt Gravatt Plaza on Creek Road needed more cafe options for shoppers in this busy shopping complex, so it was good to see Chatterbox Cafe open around 12 months ago. Had a brekkie at Sunnybank Hills shopping Centre couple of days ago that tempted me to explore this one at Mt Gravatt Plaza. Checked my record from Zomato App and could not work out why previous reviews were erased.Walked in early there was only one table being occupied. Passing through Mt Gravatt in need of a coffee fix (again) & decided to try this cafe as I had walked past many months ago & intended to try it at some stage. Another reason was they have Di Bella coffee. I only had time for a take away which was $4. I ordered hot & strong, alas it was weak & watery with a sour taste & a huge amount of foam. The 2 rating accounts for the pecan pie which is a personal favorite of mine. They stock Priestley cakes here so that is a plus for me .
I have loved all the meals I've had here. Delicious, consistent and great service. The meals are delivered quickly too. Definitely recommend it!
Chatterbox was an absolutely amazing little cafe. Such friendly staff and they catered for what you wanted in your dish, changing things on the dish to meet your requirements. I was very pleased with my breakfast dish from here. Would go back again :)
Staff super accommodating as we dropped in for a couple of quick chai lattes 15 minutes before closing time. Cakes were delicious and staff were very friendly and even entertained my 6 year old grandson with his babyccino. We will definitely be back just for their wonderful service!
