I had visited this restaurant about eight years ago with my elderly parents when driving up from Florence to France. It is just off the motorway south of Aosta.... read more I had visited this restaurant about eight years ago with my elderly parents when driving up from Florence to France. It is just off the motorway south of Aosta. We could not believe how good the food was and plentyful and cheap. I found it again last week and ordered the local lunch menu. Three course meal with wine, sparkling water, espresso, bread, cover charge all for eleven euro a head. Service was excellent, very local, no tourists that I could see. For the price and friendly staff I give it five stars.
