This is a classic truck stop. The interior is not fancy and the kitchen has an open concept like a diner. The cook was serving up large portions of delicious food quickly. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich and Caesar salad, along with a few pints. Overall, it was very good. The service was efficient and friendly. I recommend skipping the other restaurants at the rest stop down the road and eating here instead. Great j... View all feedback.
What David C doesn't like about 730 Truck Stop:
Some menu items are outstanding while others are just fair. My wife and I prefer their Montreal Smoked Meat on Rye. Serving portions are huge so from that point you do get your monies worth. View all feedback.
A year ago, this popular restaurant in our community was destroyed by fire. It provided jobs for many locals in our small town and is greatly missed.
Very hot and overcooked. There is nothing to review! The damn thing burned down! The people from the fire Marshall's office were investigating to see if it was a real accidental fire or deliberately set. I am just rambling on to get the word count over one hundred.
The portion size is generous, but the food quality is lacking at best. I would not recommend the Subway restaurant. The bread was stale and tough, and the vegetables were limp. I couldn't even finish it after a single bite. On a positive note, there is a store nearby with unique items at reasonable prices.
Our waitress Lori was great. This place is a true truck stop. Good food, good prices, generous portions and good service. Made a point of returning on our trip back from Quebec a week later. Toasted western and pizzas are delicious.
I stop every time I go to Toronto. great half way point for a refresh. Great service and they do it right. I'm picky with my eggs. :
