Over the last year I have seen the prices increase no less than 3 times, deals have been removed I am now getting less and less Coffee for my money. The staff a... read more Over the last year I have seen the prices increase no less than 3 times, deals have been removed I am now getting less and less Coffee for my money. The staff are happy to apply discounts if you work for Transport for Wales Cardiff Train Station but other discount cards are not accepted. I suppose a captive audience can be manipulated in this example. What we need is a bit of competition, I would like to see a competitor set up on Platform 1 2 as a reminder to Upper Crust that they can only take advantage for so long before something breaks. If the coffee was OUTSTANDING then I would have no basis for this review, however it is not.
