The Discovery has been transformed into a Croeso venue. As loyal customers, we dined in the newly redesigned restaurant area for the first time tonight, which was previously the bar. Our main courses were served promptly, but we were not asked if we wanted dessert. Since we had ordered kids' desserts as part of a meal deal, we did not have the opportunity to order any adult desserts. The bar manager was also rude, and did not apologize for the inconveniences we experienced. Instead, the kitchen staff apologized on behalf of the restaurant. The Discovery is the latest addition to the Knife Fork Food brand and takes its place alongside companyâs other outlets, namely The Conway in Pontcanna, The Pilot in Penarth and The Old Swan Inn in Llantwit Major. Anyone familiar with The Discoveryâs siblings will be immediately at home as the blackboard menu concept has been continued here along with a simpler lunch menu served between 12 and 4pm every day except Sunday. Great service in the discovery of brand. brilliant lunch. in any case visit again . perfect Saturday afternoon last by.
Booked table for 24 people in very short time, the staff were all very friendly, service was great and menu choices very good. we all really enjoyed eating and would like to go back there.
Fab food on the discovery. always happy every time we visit. we had a really delicate brisket of bark meat with green and a tasty beaders tart my favorite) for coming. the breadboard is always worth coming. our waiter brand was very friendly and...efficient a good one for the pub.
Had a nice evening with 6 friends on Friday 4. pleasant and friendly service throughout. everyone enjoyed eating and the environment. the baked squid with glam organ sausage cake, framed rag and cahnen was absolutely delicious and one of the best dishes I put in. had a restaurant in a house. please keep it on the menu thank you.
