Visited on 9/1/24 13.15 hrs. Been several times and it was my wife’s b/day. Food and service very good. Virtually every diner was, like us, OAPS. People entered... read more Visited on 9/1/24 13.15 hrs. Been several times and it was my wife’s b/day. Food and service very good. Virtually every diner was, like us, OAPS. People entered, took coats off and most of them put them back on straight away because the place was so cold. 3 large ceiling fans going full blast made things worse, I mentioned it to staff who turned 2 off but it made little difference. They apologised and said it was like this for some time and they couldn’t improve it.As people finished eating they left straight away not , I feel, because they wanted to but because they had to to get warm in their cars. Owner needs to address this problem or risk losing the grey brigade.I will return again but will test the temperature before I sit and will walk out if it’s still the same.
