Coffee is fine with that flavour so beloved of independent coffee shops. Enjoyed the eggs Florentine, nicely cooked and presented. Very quiet when we were there and the decor etc could do with a an update. Also I can't understand why they don't display their cakes in the cafe rather than show poor photos of them. The restaurant is a delightful and welcoming spot. The food and service are both excellent.

Forget the queues at the lakeside park cafe and take a short 5 minutes stroll to this lovely modern, comfortable eatery. I also enjoyed the large fish finger sandwich which could be a snack for two!
This charming cafe has excellent service and serves the most delicious hot chocolate. It was the perfect treat after a stroll around the lake on a rainy day.
