Consistently shocking service. I feel like the person who works there has a future as a doctor's surgery receptionist, they do as much as possible to prevent you ordering. They try and get you to use a machine to order, which often doesn't work, and if you mention it you get scowled at. They seem unaware of how to fix it. Well made and fresh sushi. Very helpful staff and a good price range. They have large 40 piece boxes too for those with a sushi craving.
Freshly prepared, well priced sushi, the crunchy tempura and chicken katsu roll is very good, my favourite place to have sushi in Cardiff !
I ordered from here for the first time as I didn't have a reservation at the other Cardiff sushi place that I normally order from. The order took 2 hours, I don't know if this was uber eats or the restaurant fault. The quality of the sushi was exceptional, mainly in the freshness and presentation. So far, the best sushi I've had in Cardiff.
