W... read more After hearing rave reviews from many friends, I was excited to take my family to this restaurant. The decor and cleanliness of the restaurant were impressive. We ordered two ice cream milkshakes, but they were disappointing as they lacked any hint of vanilla and tasted more like blended ice. For our main dishes, we ordered two mixed shish kebabs with rice and chips, as well as wings with rice and chips. Unfortunately, the wings were burnt and lacked flavor, and the rice seemed undercooked and hard. Additionally, much of the chicken and lamb we tried to eat was inedible, leading us to either carefully remove it or dispose of it in the provided napkins. The service was nonexistent, leaving us extremely disappointed. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I was expecting a Wild West original 8oz finesse prime beef burger topped with... read more I was disappointed with the 2 classic cheese burgers I ordered at the restaurant. I was expecting a Wild West original 8oz finesse prime beef burger topped with cheese, but instead received a small beef burger that was similar in size to a McDonald's burger. The buns were also too small for the burger. I had been hoping for something more akin to a Harvester burger. The beef patty was thin and underwhelming in size.

Called in the sultan grill house for a takeaway after noticing walking past one day and was note dissapointed. I am a lover of bbq'd meats and the sultan grill is up there with the best I've tried. Me and my brother both had a mix grill (chicken shish, lamb shish and lamb kofte) the portion size was huge great value for money, came on a bed of rice which had a great taste and enjoyable on its own, you also get the option to have chips. It came with a full tray of salad and a massive naan then you get to choose your sauces. The whole meal had no grease you sometimes get with a takeaway and the bbq flavour on the meat was outstanding. Some of the best lamb and chicken shish ive had and the kofte was the best. Not in cardiff often but cannot wait to come back. Restaurant looked beautiful aswel if you fancy a sit in meal and now i have tried will be returning for a family platter next.

First time was okay average what you would expect in these places in Cardiff which was okay nothing to impress ones appetite. The second time decided to get a takeaway this was incredibly poor! Waited 45 minutes and the place was empty! I actually decided to complained because of the wait which simply could not be explained. Then when I arrived home discovered they had in fact got the order wrong but given the wait distance to take it back decided to eat it was not tasty below average very disappointed.
