They made our sandwich... but my sister is celiac and requested gluten free. The guy immediately was not happy about that and kept switching between other people's sandwiches while making my sister's without changing gloves. Dry bread, they smashed the bread flat while making it and it fell apart.
Avoid !! Don’t think it’s the staffs fault but more the owners, you get 75% portion size and feels like staff are penalised for toasting it correctly and giving fair sizes (pretty sure but central city venues ran by same owner)
Kept prioritising the delivery orders and left us in a queue for 45-50 minutes. Took way too long even when we got to the front of the queue he started serving us and stopped mid sentence to do something else.
There was a problem with the roll after they made it as it was too small. They informed me and made a fresh one quickly!
Excellent customer service! the best sandwich I've ever eaten!!!
