Pieminister offers a festive meal of pie and mash, but some found the stuffing balls and parsnip to be burnt. Despite the slow and un-attentive staff, cold food, and unpleasant smell, the tasty pies are the only positive. The simple menu with a variety of pies and sides received praise for delicious flavors and generous portions. The gluten-free options pleased customers with dietary restrictions. Went with the family. Had lovely food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely go again. Thank you all for a good experience.
Couldn't get served. Waited for ages and left. Waited at the table. Moved to an indoor table as no one came outside. Waved to staff, stood up at the table. people started entering waiting to be seated. Gave up in the end.
More. Perhaps a little over priced but usually very tasty. Just enough of a portion which i always manage to polish off. Slight issue this last vist was that the pie crust was tough. I saw the pies put under the heat lamp on...the counter but i think they were left there too long so the pies, though hot, lost the moisture they had. It wasn't busy in there, only eaters that i could see so leaving our pies under that hot lamp was for too long. of us had mother ship's' drinks some sides which came to We will return though.
The service at this restaurant is excellent and the pies are even better! They offer a fantastic selection of vegetarian, vegan, and traditional meat pies. They also provide good advice on allergies.
