Waited nearly an hour for a bacon sandwich for breakfast, and when it arrived, the bacon was so crisp it tasted like it was burnt, on sliced white bread, that was it. poor food and no apology. They are too short staffed to cope with... View all feedback.
This restaurant is overpriced with very poor service. The staff is rude and unhelpful which is a shame because it used to be a great new find. As the years have passed, the quality has only gotten worse. The main issue is the staff who are extremely rude and customer service is nonexistent.
Nice coffee . Very expensive . The big turn off for me was the food counter very dusty, the chairs we sat on were stained and the toilet …. Filthy!!! Get some bleach in and around the toilet and have a good clean!!!
Bought a Coffee and it was OK; not spectacular. WiFi didn't work in the corner of the cafe. Expensive for what I got. Music was annoying. Staff unenthusiastic.
We were staying in a hotel close by that doesn’t serve breakfast and so went over for breakfast. The staff were friendly and the food was served piping hot using quality ingredients. A humble plate of scrambled eggs on toast was elevated with finishing touches.
Been going to this coffee shop since it opened. Wife and myself visited there yesterday, first time for 2 months. Could not believe how much this place has gone downhill. Poor service at counter. I had to request for the table to be cleared, full of dirty cups and dishes, left by previous customer. They came took the dishes and left previous customers food all over table. I again requested them to come and clean table, with no apology. Ordered coffees, after 25 mins still no sign of them. Back to the counter, asked if they had forgotten about us. “ No we have not” was reply “ You are next but one “. The shop was only half full. Coffee turned up after 30 mins. The Two coffees were barely Luke warm. Final straw, returned back to counter and requested a refund. The girl behind the counter did not know how to refund, she then had to go looking for the Manager to repay the transaction. Four staff were working in the shop itself, and neither of them had a clue on what they were doing. Management need to sort staff issues out. Poor experience overall. Never again !!
