Description

IKEA’s restaurant offers a mixed experience for diners, with highlights including a broad menu featuring Swedish meatballs and plant balls that receive praise for their flavor. However, long queues and an apparent staffing shortage have left many frustrated, often receiving cold or soggy food after lengthy waits. The dining area suffers from cleanliness issues, with unkempt tables and overflowing bins detracting from the atmosphere. While some find joy in the spacious environment and refillable coffee options, persistent complaints about hygiene and service efficiency indicate a need for improvement to fully satisfy eager customers.

This restaurant is a lovely, modern and spacious place. The food was delicious - I had Swedish meatballs with chips, peas, cranberry sauce (which they call jam) and gravy on the side. I also enjoyed a cappuccino coffee, which you can refill as many times as you like. I visited for lunch around 3pm, a bit later than usual, but it turned out to be a great time to go as there were not many people there. There was only one man in front of me and I was served within minutes. If you're just looking for a coffee or a sweet treat, they also offer some delicious cake slices and cheesecake. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My girlfriend and I frequently visit this restaurant and our go-to dish is always the plant balls, sometimes with fries and other times with mashed potatoes. They are absolutely delicious. Thank you, IKEA.

We visited this restaurant in late October and found the food to be delicious and reasonably priced. There was ample seating and the staff were courteous. Yee, our server, provided top-tier customer service and made us laugh and smile. We hope to be served by Yee again in the future!

A very bright store, to get round you.have to follow the arrows, seemed to walk miles, which for someone walking with a walking aid, isn't too good, it could be better designed. Other than that lots on offer, everything you need to set up or refurbish a home from a candle to a full kitchen. Only 4 stars from me because of the layout of the store.

Wow, absolutely vile, well that's wrong, it would need flavour to be able to be classed as vile.. a very messy restaurant, including smashed glass near the tray return area that was still there the entire time we were sat down, my partner had salmon fillet that was bone dry and had as much taste as a piece of paper, I had the curry which was milder than this summer's weather, drier than sand and about as tasty as the plate it was served on.. we really wish we hadn't bothered to eat anything here at all, we definitely won't be again! The salmon didn't come with the cous cous as described on the picture and advertisements. Dry pilau rice! Didn't get charged a child's price for meatballs that we ordered as a child's meal.
