It was great to fly from Cardiff instead of Bristol. It's high time the owners, who we all know, got their act together. The loss of revenue and job opportunities is unacceptable, and the Welsh government should be embarrassed.

Despite being advised to arrive three hours before our flight, we were able to check in and pass through security in no time, allowing us to enjoy a cup of tea and unwind before our journey.
